38 Year old gentle man use to wear a hair piece. Kept on wearing a hair piece after one surgery.
and removed the hair piece after 6 months of second surgery. The results are that of two surgeries and after two years of second surgery.

I believe the post op pictures from the first HT are after 6 months, so the first HT wasn't fully grown in at that time. As for the comb overs from Dr Mohmand's patients that he posts, you have to realize that most of the patients he shows are in the later stages of balding (NW 5, 6, and 7), so those men aren't going to have as many styling options as someone who was a NW 3 to begin with.
I like how Dr. Mohmand shows what his patients look like from behind giving a realistic view of what the person really looks like. This is something I'd like to see more of from other Dr.s. It's easy to show only the front section where most of the grafts have been placed and make it look like a great result. |

Dr. Mohmand,
From what I can tell, the results look good after the second surgery. I assume the first surgery was to provide a basic framework? I do understand why some of our members are saying this result looks a bit "comboverish". Perhaps you may consider creating and posting some videos combing through the hair in different directions. Best wishes, Bill
