I am so sorry for not being able to answer some querries as I was extreemly busy these days.
Anyway, with respect to this getle mn he defiately had a bad surgical esult from first surgery though it was too early to realy pass a comment.
He was not very happyand neither was I, the second surgery as I remember was either probono or for some thing like 300 US$. The reason being if the result is 50% or less I give a free surgery. 50% to pay back for what did not grow and 50% as a compensation, after all I can earn from some one else but the patient is the end consumer so need to give him some protection as well.

I have been asked so many times not to do that but I just do it, make me work for my reputation rather than money.

All my result are protected with free surgery if th first one does not work

Dr Mohmand, your response gives me the impression that a high percentage of your surgeries do not grow well. Would you please elaborate on that?

Thats what you presume, All I did was also gave you an insight of my bad result. If I be having high percentage of bad results followed by free surgeries then Ill be out of busniess very soon.
Like any surgen I have some results that are less than satisfactory, so all I do is be there when they are not happy and help them out. After all that is all about post surgery services and a good doctor patient relationship.
Trust me if you go through all these forum time and again you will see patiets compalining of poor growth, and see what the responce of doctor is, then compare me with that doctor.

You must appreciate the fact that I have the honesty of saying and showing the results of my bad surgery, how many of the doctors would do that............NONE.
