Looks like you've had a little bit of shockloss in the recipient, but nothing too bad; otherwise, you've healed really well. You should be a happy bloke in another few months.

It will over time - I think what you are experiencing is similar to what I had happen with the frontal 1/3rd hair after the trauma due to the surgery. You will take a step backwards, but two steps forward by the end!
