This patient came from abroad for a dense pack megasession to not only rebuild his severely receeded hairline and temple triangles, but to re-enforce the remaining hair he had on the top of his head as well.

Because he had such fine hair we decided to do a minimum of 4,000 grafts. In the end he received over 4,300 grafts in one day.

We also did a second surgery of 2,600 grafts on him to fill his crown and further thicken the hairline. His total number of grafts over 2 procedures was 6,900.

Great job once again

Once again, I am even more impressed with the video than I am with the photos. So much for all of the people who say that photos make things look better.

This guy must have a huge smile on his face... his hair looks amazing.

"Temple triangles..." finally, I have a term for those areas.
