O.K. here is a goofy question, do you think with his fine blond hair and fair skin that the appearance of his tan added to the illusion of denisty in terms of scalp to hair contrast?

In all patients the greater the contrast between hair color and scalp skin color the more scalp one sees. And seeing scalp is what makes a person look bald. I don't think the tan makes much a difference in this patient because the tan is on his face, but not on his scalp skin where the contrast is important. As you can see in the close up photos his scalp skin is lighter then the tan skin color of his face. But the tan color in his face may approve his overall cosmetic appearance.
