Dr. Williams,
Thanks for posting. From the pictures you've presented, the work looks very good. However, higher quality pictures showing multiple angles of the result including close-ups would help us gain a better appreciation for your hard work. If you have any additional photos, especially those showing the top of the head or close-ups of the hairline, this would be helpful. Best wishes, Bill

i think it's tough to judge without an overhead shot. also, perhaps the styling makes this one look a bit off. kind of has that toupee look.

The 72 year old gentleman does seem to have a lot more hair than before. He's likely very happy.
I suspect that he is using some creativity in combing his new hair - who hasn't A top down would likely show a different story, and probably not be altogether flattering. 2000 grafts on his former hairline couldn't give a lot of density to the mid-scalp. I think he got a good bit of that 2000 grafts in the front, And he's grown it out and combed it over for a look of frontal density. I'd recommend he cut his hair to minimize the amount of hair pushed over to one side. It'd look more natural and becoming. Nevertheless, I bet the patient is pleased and got what he asked for. There's no question that his hairline looks better. I just think it needs to be arranged in a more flattering manner. |
