This man in his early 40s had a Norwood 3A pattern. He had 3026 fug transplanted in front and started Finasteride to stabilize the back He has black, wavy, finer than average hair

I'd like to see a close up of the hairline. First, it looks like a very good, especially density wise, HT. Also, the Fin. did great. But, For some reason, the hairline design and density just doesn't seem to go with this guy's face. Maybe it's just me, but he looks as though he should have a slightly less dense head of hair. I know what it may be, looking at the gray in his beard and sides of head but w/ no gray on top, but very dark brown, makes it look like he dyes his hair. Maybe he just needs to go with his natural color, IMO. Still, great density.

I concur, very nice density.......be nice to see the hair line detail.....curious what the follicular unit breakdown is, seems like it would be weighted toward 2's and 3's if his hair is fine caliber...i like the cosmetic change

In case you all didn't know, photos displayed in the albums can be blown up. All you have to do is from the album, click on a thumbnail at the bottom of the album, and then click once on the larger picture in the window. A toolbar will arrive from the right hand side giving you several options. One is to blow up the photo to full size.

Though this may not be an exact closeup of the hairline, when you blow up the picture, I think it's a lot more revealing. In my opinion, the hairline looks very natural looking according to this picture.

Best wishes,

Bill

less dense hair??? are you kidding me??? that's most ridiculous thing i've read in a while. no offence Leesom but if anything your comments only prove what an outstanding job this doc did to this guy.

this example truly rivals other top coalition docrors' work imo.

p.s.
overhead shot shows the quality of work and i commend this doctor for proper photo documentation!!!

I think it's an extraordinary improvement. His large-ish eyes enhance the youthful look of having so much more hair again.
If I was him though, I'd dye my beard (or shave it) and maybe add a bit of botox for an even more refreshed look. That's just me though, no judgements - he looks great! Fab work Doc.

I thought this was a forum for judging HT's not whether or not someone should shave or cut or dye his hair. LOL.... I think this is a really nice result!

As I said, if it was me that's what I'd do. If I had the opportunity to get my HT I'd add some personal embellishments (and I'm thinking of doing just that ). Why not shout yourself if you feel like it? I was just thinking aloud my own thoughts...
Nothing to do with judging his appearance, as I said.
