Dear Princy
Before you go for HT i suggest you to see the hair styles of your Uncles both Maternal and paternal who are in the age of 40's 50's and 60's. your hair style will match atleast one of those. You will know how you look in old age.You can decide accordingly how to go about HT and how many times you have to go for HT in future years. All the best.. regards RRVG.

Princyluks,
Many hair loss sufferers (including me) are taking 1/4 a Proscar pill equalling approximately 1.25mg of finasteride daily. There's no evidence to indicate that weightlifting causes hair loss. Best wishes, Bill

Thanks Bill for the reply.
I see some guyz doing rigorous exercises and suffering from severe hairloss. since lot of heat is produced in the body while doing gym, I thought it might affect hairfall also. I just want to buildup biceps and broadchest doing 8kg dumbles on alternative days. so just wanted to check if it causes more hairloss. want to keep myself fit. |
