Looking very good Robert. I don't think it's the resolution of your camera that is the problem. I think it is that it is slightly out of focus. I take my pictures with a 2meg camera and they are very clear. I think just getting someone else to take the pictures with the same camera could help. That way the person can make sure the camera is "focusing" on your head and not some background object. Remember, digital cameras take a moment to focus and adjust to the object in front of them. You can also try pressing the shutter button half way down for a few seconds to let it adjust to you head and then all the way to take the picture.

Yes it's also good to see a patient who (like myself) wears his hair combed forward and looks good that way. Great stuff, though the pictures are indeed blurry.

Looks like the meds really worked for you also, note the back and sides. One more pass in the front would really consolidate.

Yeah, I'm going to get some clean ones up this weekend. Those are all I had from trying to do it myself though. Sorry, guys!

I've been thinking about it a lot and I am going to watch how Avodart, Nizoral, and Minoxidil maintain my current hair for a while. If, by the time I reach 30 (three years) I have maintained and/or regrew a bit more and I have certainly not lost any ground, I will consult with Dr. Cooley about another pass on the hairline. I have no plans to touch the crown.

Looks Great Robert! Congrats. As far as I can tell from the pictures, absolutely undetectable results. Great stuff.

Congratulations Robert. I remember when you had your procedure and when you came in at a few weeks post op to visit while i was having mine done like it was yesterday. Without a doubt, you've came a long way. Dr. Cooley works wonders and if you're as satisfied as I am with my procedure, then your confidence is at an all time high. Again, Congratulations with the amazing results!

Thanks new york and Brando.

So true, Brando. I don't really think about my hair loss as much as I used to, other than maintenance and the occasional Toppik sprinkle in the crown. It feels great to not have to "hide" under those ball caps anymore!

Wow Rob amazing results! I got my surgery about 2 years and I look nothing like that. I have been debating if i should go for another. Your pics are inspiring me big time. DR. Cooley is he in NC? Do you thinks he worth flying to from South Florida? How many hairs did you have put in and if you don't mind me asking how much did it cost you? If you want you can reply to my personal email at rrolo88@aol.com.
Thanks i greatly appreciate your time.

Maurice

moe88,

Welcome to our community. Just as an FYI, this thread is over 4 years old. Robert still visits our community every now and again, but I haven't seen him in some time.

Coalition member Dr. Cooley is in NC and I'd very highly recommend him to anyone considering hair transplant surgery. Feel free to send Robert a private message to see if you get a response. If there's anything I can help you with, let me know.

All the Best,

Bill
