Looks really good, and he seems to be making the most out of his HT. Great solution with a nominal number of grafts.

i agree......great cosmetic change with one pass....if you can get the hair direction right to create the whirl pattern there tends to be a layering effect that can create nice coverage with fewer grafts. theres definitely no controversy treating the crown with someone over 50 with the kind of frontal density and above average donor he appears to have.

His donor density was good- about 90-100 FU's per square centimeter.
