One of the side effects of Finasteride is fluid retention.
How long has it been since you started finasteride? Side effects should subside in time (not sure about the time frame, varies from person to person, check online for this.)

You should speak to the doctor (inform him of your use of finasteride) and find out if the increase in weight is actually due to retention of fluid or increase in muscular mass or increase in fat.
This is the diagnosis, before we can move further.
