The result is nice, but why does the immediate post op photo look like the scene of a triple murder?

This guy does look like he was a bit of a bleeder. Some patients bleed more than others, especially if his blood is thinner. This is one of the reasons why patients on minoxidil are usually asked to come off of it for a week or sometimes longer prior to surgery.

Nonetheless, the end result looks good.
