I am sure you know Dr Fellers opinion on FUE mega sessions and the FACT they are not recommended - This patient is aware that FUE can only get him so far as all Dr Feller patients are informed. Dr Fellers philosophy on FUE is that it is ideally suited to smaller sessions - This is well known as he is very experienced with it and knows FUE is no substitution for strip.

yes i am aware of dr fellers philosophy on FUE, honestly its one i like alot.
thank you for the detailed response also spex. i just felt, and still feel that there are plenty of people out there who feel FUE is something it is not.. when i see the uncommon approach in this case taken by the Dr. i feel that the people of this community really need to understand that this result will not stand on its own, and this patient will more than likely have a large strip in his future, probably 2 if he is to achieve a result than looks decent..
the one other thing about this is that the patient cannot 'back out' now... he must go forward because of the apprach he took.. he cant just say "forget it, i just want to buzz down and be done with this because ill never have the coverage i want" if he were to do that he would have 2 stubble triangles present....
he has put alot of faith in dr feller and its my hope that the dr comes through for him..
same goes for the other feller FUE thread up top right now.. "gasman" i beileve was his name on another forum. right? however gasmans balding pattern does not seem as aggressive, and his crown is holding better.. he will hopefully be one of the few that FUE proves to be his best option long term.
