hi wat % of growth would you say i have recived at the 4 month mark and how much does the hair continue to improve after 4 months and onwards? thanks

Everyone is different in regards to growth timelines. I think most people are just beginning to see some growth at the 4-month mark and see marked improvements from that point forward. Spex has posted pics showing 12 vs. 18-month pics with significant changes.
So, basically you are super early on and have a lot more time and growth ahead of you. Patience, I know, is the hardest thing. |

After 4 months you can expect anything in the region of 70-100% more growth. Some people have early growth at 4 months but ALL still experience a great deal more. Some guys have experienced NO growth at 4 months and can expect to start up very soon.
We are ALL different - - Growth times 4 months is ONLY THE VERY START!
