Hello everyone,

I recently had beard hair transplanted into my strip scar for repair. How long do I have to wait to sleep on the back of my head/strip scar after surgery as to not to disturb the grafts and to not reduce their potential for growth in the future? Is two weeks a reasonable amount of time ? Or should I wait longer? Any opinions, advice, and professional input would be greatly appreciated

Thank you

I think I heard that after ten days the grafts are firmly in place. Can you please keep us updated on your progress and post pictures if possible? Also who did your procedure?
Cheers

At 2 weeks you should be ok. The follicles are safely healed below the surface. Just make sure you are lying on something soft so there will be minimal compression on the grafted area.

Was the procedure painful? How many grafts did you have done?
