Coverage desired over density so behind the hairline the grafts were spread out a bit more than we normal would. Because he had more 3 hair FUs than 2 hair FUs his result, even at only 7 months, is remarkable.

This patient just visited for a second procedure to fill the crown and we will post them as they become available.

Nice job, similar to the case of 4034 FUs (or so, can't remember exact numbers) that was done by Dr Feller a few weeks ago.

A significant over all change and from here the patient will use this as a bench mark to determine how much more he needs if any. This allows the patient to reach his goals with out using anymore hair then necessary. I like it.

Thank you very much for the kudos.I really appreicate the comments.

He already came in to fill in the remaining crown and even to drop the hairline a bit on his left side. I will post the new photos when I get the chance. He has his own blog on this site, but I can't remember his handle.

I want to note that this partiuclar patient had an unusually large percentage of three hair FUs and is the only reason I consented to spreading his grafts out over such a large area. Rarely will a result like this be enjoyed when grafts are spread so far apart. As Balody said, he has Asian hair which means the caliber of the hair is quite thick. That helped big time.

Just goes to show, each HT is different and must be tailored as such to maximize results and minimize donor useage.
