Here we have a 60 y/o male patient with Norwood Class 6-7 hair loss. Due to somewhat sparse donor density, his donor limitation over 2 procedures was a total of 3045 grafts.
Like many patients, this gentleman was concerned with covering the entire top of his head, so we decided to place a 2:1 emphasis on the distribution of grafts from front to back. We placed 2110 grafts over the front 1/2 of his scalp and 1435 grafts throughout the crown.
