James,
I'm sorry to hear you're not happy. Hair transplantation isn't perfect, but it can help many restore hair and confidence if their expectations are realistic. It's done wonder for myself esteem however, my hair is still thin even after 3 full procedures and in the middle of waiting for the 4th to grow out. But knowing I'd be completely bald without them has helped. Of course, there's a lot more to life than hair. Sure nobody likes balding, but try to remember that most people in our lives could care less about whether we have hair or not. They value who we are as a person. Sure, keep searching hair loss solutions, but go out and enjoy what life has to offer :-) Best wishes, Bill
