Hi,
Feeling a bit deperate.. no history of hair loss in family.. Definetly not seen any diffuse thinning in the family... Is this DUPA and should i get myself ready for a bald haircut... oir can somthing be done (HT)? Thank you

This does not look like any DUPA cases I have ever seen. In fact from the photos seen here on this forum your hair looks great. I can tell you that in my opinion 99 out of 100 people would describe your hair as full.
