i would wait until u are at least 25. if you are already a nw4 at 21 and propecia isnt working (i take it you have prescription and arent getting it online?) then the chances you will advance to a nw6-7 are high.
only talk to coalition docs, and at that the very best in the coalition. good luck |

I agree, If you are headed to a NW 6-7 then you will have only a limited donor area available and can't afford to waste your donor hair. So only consider the best coalition doctors. Some doctors I would look at are
H&W, Feller , Shapiro , Rahal and Arocha.

Baldboy, IMO, 21 yrs is too young for a HT. You might want to wait for at least a couple of years, and then go and talk to a very "ethical" doctor, who would have your best interests at heart, and won't be just after your money.
