having had 6 stents in my arteries in 07 made be take things more seriously. i have been taking fish oil pills which have helped raise my HDLs. i started to use krill oil but found it thinned my blood too much & i may try smaller dose as it has antioxidents & no fish burps.
question i love olives but will i get same results as olive oil? i have heard olives are bad for you? rtc |

This is very interesting, but has nothing to do with hair loss or restoration. Therefore, I'm moving it to the "Off Topics" section of the forum. I've also removed the promotional links.

RTC: I believe (like sunnye) that olive oil is a hall of fame oil.
Inhibits some forms of cancer, anti-oxidant capabilities and an anti-inflammatory. Here's just one example from the medical community (there are many more): http://www.ajcn.org/cgi/content/full/72/3/853 I gulp down a mouthful every day. Maybe coincidental but my HDL ratio is always good even though cholesterol is always a little high. |
