IMO I think its just some shock loss and in not to long you will start to see some of the hairs comming back.
I really dont think a scar would just stretch right in the midddle of your head without some of the rest of it stretching as well. What dose the rest of the scar look like?...by your pics it seems to be nice.

Shockloss will return around moth 3/4 - try not worry too much as its common. Maybe some minox on the area will help speed up regrowth.
