This is a patient who came into our clinic with miniaturized hair throughout the front and also thinning hair throughout the back. We rebuilt the front by transplanting in between the existing miniaturizing hair back to the middle part of his head. Also we thickened up his temporal angles. The back was treated with Propecia and Rogaine.

Looks Great Dr. Alexander. Donor looks awesome as well. How old is this patient? His mid top back towards the crown appear to have responded exceptional to propecia an minoxodil. Hopefully it continues to work for him so he doesn't need another visit.

So I'm not quite 3 months out from my second ht with you and I can feel some new hair poppin through :-). Once grown in I'll be posting some pics.

Only 1 comment? Strange! This result is AWESOME!!!! I would however like to see the before and afters with the same lighting and backround!

Thanks dakota3. I do try to give a very accurate true photo of my patients. These pictures were taken in the same room. I do have a bad habit of never taking my before pictures using the blue background. Its a bad habit on my part and the green walls create cast a warm tone to the before pictures but the necessary detail should be visible.

After looking at these pictures again I think I'm a little jelous about how well this guy has responded to the propecia/rogaine
:-). The transplanted are looks fantastic but his top and crown have seen some amazing results as well.
