This patient had 2512 grafts in the fontal area with lateral slits and dense packing for a remarkable cosmetic difference. Since surgery he has consistenly been taking propecia which has improved the top. We will be transplanting his crown in a few months.

Looks great for sure, but let me ask a question doc.
Is the first picture really representative of the way this gentleman styled his hair? I've noticed this from the preop pics from clinics, and actually Dr. Cooley combed my own hair back to expose my old plugs more than they were normally evident. Don't get me wrong, it looks remarkable. But, sometimes it is nice to see the 'same' style as he had post-op.

In the origional photo, the patient had no hair to style. The post op pictures are taken with the hair style that he came into the office with. Now that he has hair, this is how he has styled his hair.
Thanks for the great comments everyone!

Dr. A, this is great. The patient must be so happy. I hope my results turn out this well also.

If you look at #1 and #3 (post op), you can plainly see the hair was combed to the side in #3 (1 week post op). What I'm saying is why don't clinics show the same style to begin with, not all messed up or combed straight back, etc.? And like I said, my 'before' pictures were done the same way. Dr. Cooley brushed my hair straight back, even though I normally combed it over to the side. My plugs and thinness looked a little worse in the befores by doing that; just as I suspect this guys does. And others too I'm sure. He still looks great, but that is a little misleading because even thinning hair can layer and make it look a little better.
