This patient had two prior sessions at another clinic consisting of plugs to the frontal area. We 'cored out' the plugs and recycled the hair by dissecting out the follicular units and using them elsewhere. Besides this, a total of 1,832 grafts (3,518 hairs) were transplanted. The patient has very fine hair and in addition we use lower densities around the areas that were cored out. The photos were taken before a second session done to add more density.

Nice work Dr. Cooley . The coring looks like it healed really well . How big were the grafts removed ? It is nice for the patient to be rid of them .
