Wow, thanks to Latinlotus for starting this thread to encourage me and thank for the members who posted with their support.

Perhaps we ought to offer some kind of award to see who is closest to the number of grafts Dr. Hasson is able to Harvest. We won't play by the "Price is Right" rules, so whether you go over or not, it doesn't matter.

Can anyone think of a fun prize we can offer the winner?

I'm off to dinner in Vancouver with a friend now, but will come back to update you all on my surgery tomorrow.

Thanks for all your support and for helping countless hair loss sufferers (members and guests) with your supportive and educational posts.

Best wishes,

Bill

Perhaps, a sweet "official" title of sorts....Grandmaster Graft Predictor (etc.)...can't wait to hear of your latest success and the trip report -- in addition to my new, sweet title! Enjoy the day and best wishes and continued success!

Too bad your first three weren't with Bosley at about 600 grafts a pop. Then you could probably get about 4500 on your 4th with H&W .

My magic 8 Ball tells me 2467
1837 singles
420 Doubles
210 3 & 4's

Good luck Bill!

I'll join everyone else in wishing good luck to Bill and taking a guess at the graft count.

This would be a very unusual distribution. Usually singles make up much less than half of the overall total.

Another thing to bear in mind is that whilst we all wish Bill the best of luck and a high number of grafts, the wider the strip the more chance there is of scar stretch. Again hope that won't be an issue for Bill but for all the newbies out there, be aware this can happen.
