did you place any grafts in the crown?? i cant tell... this patient has an ectreamly thin crown and top in his pre op... that kind of coverage did you achieve with 3710 grafts//

does this patient plan to undergo multiple HTs or is he hoping this one will keep him happy for a while??

i call these types of examples "premature exposure" and there is simply nothing there worth discussing but to look at it and think in your head - hmmmm i wonder how the final result will turn up to be.
so why not wait little bit longer until the hair grows ex. ~1 year mark and then post this along with the final shots (with top down included of course). i mean it's not like these pictures will get stolen from your computer.
seems like always something is missing. if it's not one thing it's another.

i hope i'm not being overly critical but it's just something that i think but never say/post every time i see these kind of examples from any doctor. just constructive criticism that's all and i'm sorry if it comes across too harsh as diplomacy is my weak side
