This Young Gentleman with type III ish MPB had two surgeries with total of 3159 grafts
1st Surgery 5th March 2004..........1923 grafts 2nd Surgery 17th Jan 2006...........1236 Grafts Picture taken Jan 2007 after 1 year.

My main emphysis is on the direction of the excit of hair. The sould be acute angle rather than obtuse angle.
This way you can create a more natural looks in a hair transplant and the detectibility o the transplant is reduced significantly. The five things that one need to look for in a natural looking hair transplant is 1) broken hair line (irregularly irregular) 2) Transition Zone Between bare forehead n dense hair 3) Density 4) Angle of excit of hair with respect to the skin (acute angle) 5) Angle of Curvature of hair shaft or curl of the hair
