This patient came from central Canada and asked Dr. Wong to give him as much of a restoration as possible in one session. He was 26 years old and felt that his hair loss made him look considerably older than he was.
Dr. Wong rebuilt a hairline that included proper recession for an adult male and gave him a much younger appearance without front-loading the scalp. The patient is 16 months post-op.

any pics showing graft placement?? i have no clue how far back the dr went with this 4000. how many of the 4000 were up front? his crown looks a bit thicker.. is that meds or the fact that very different lighting is being used in the before and afters? OR the fact that hes buzzed in pre op and has LOOOONG hair post op? or is it all 3........................oh yeah...... it looks to be a VERY VERY nice improvment for this guy, there is no doubt his front was done very well

LMS,
The hair is shorter because he wore it this way which is common for a lot of hair loss sufferers. It's not buzzed, just shorter. Meds may have had something to do with the result but graft placement does as well as you can see in the photo below. The lighting is different but that's due to a bulb being out. Didn't have time to change it but the lighting is still very sufficient for the after. All the hairs are very visible. Here you go.

This is a wonderful result. The less aggressive approach seemed perfect for this guy.
His current hairstyle adds to the great outcome. It seems much smarter to thicken up the whole front instead of a block wall hairline. Dr. Wong does some amazing work. Thanks Joe |
