For all the results I've seen so far, this must be the closest of what my hair used to look.
Jotronic, what kind of characteristics did this patient have (donor, laxity, hair type etc.)? Since I've lost considerable amount of hair in the back also, would something like this even be possible with NW5 heading to NW6 even when using more grafts? |

Underconstruction,
I believe this patient is on the EOD regimen per Dr. Wong's instructions. MajmX, For hair texture this patient would be rated as slightly coarse. He has a very slight wave as well. His donor density was a little high but not obscene and his laxity was average. With enough grafts anything is possible but for a NW5 to get this result a few more thousand grafts would be needed. The challenge would be getting the crown area to this same level of fullness and since the crown basically eats up grafts, more so than other areas of the scalp, a NW5 or NW6 would have to have healthy donor supply and of course a consistent regimen of finasteride to prevent further loss.
