This patients main concern was to lower the hairline along the "alleyways" and soften this transition as drawn in the red markings.

Dr. Mejia,
Things seem to have improved nicely for this patient as far as I can tell by the presented photos. Higher resolution pictures showing multiple angles will help us better evaluate and appreciate the result more. Best wishes, Bill
