Results in HT, like nearly everything else in life, can be viewed as a bell-curve. Most people fall into the middle but some, like this guy fall on the extreme of the good side, and others like the patient of mine in another thread fall farther to the "not so good" side.

Thankfully, our Bell-curve is lop-sided and heavily weighted toward the "good" side, but that doesn't mean everyone will get a stellar result from the first time around. The reality of HT must be refreshed from time to time.
