This is a 60+ year old male who has previously had a scalp reduction surgery. During his procedure, we transplanted 3837 follicular units throughout the front, top, and back of the scalp. His previous scarring from the scalp reduction surgery was significant, but the tissue was of normal thickness and had good perfusion so we were able to graft directly into the scar tissue.
Follow-up pictures are from 14 months after the procedure.
