This patient had follicular unit grafts placed between old plugs from a previous surgery that was done in another country.

I gotta agree. That's the worst work Ive seen from Dr. Feller. His after pic still looks like an obvious transplant. I'm shocked at the result.

I guess it is really hard to hide plugs.

To me, Its obviously a big improvement and alot more density.

the only thing i'd suggest to the Doctor is go back and just remove the previous plugs near the hairline. punch them out or whatever.

Disguising them can difficult to do if its near the hairline and it appears as thought thats what was done.

If you can't hide them, you take them out and recycle them. Especially the plugs on the right side near the part.

damn.. I hate to be that guy.. But bet he is happy, with more hair..
The first looked more natural than the fix! How many grafts did he receive for the repair?
just my opinion, prolly couldn't tell if I didn't know what I was looking for.

I want to add this.. DOC, you did a AWESOME job with the density, but I think you brought the density too far to the forhead. I think that's what is killing this picture.
AGAIN, my opinion!

THe after pics look OK-- without a close up its hard to tell. But the before pic looks like a bright flash was used while the after looks like no flash or min. flash-- which would change the comparision a bit. Either way, this guy does look better-- and maybe he needs 1 more 'touch up' with FU to look completely natural.
