It's a huge improvement. It's not realistic to think that all his previous problems will get solved with only ONE hair transplant, guys. It takes time and multiple sessions usually.
He can go back later and get fine tuned, get additional new grafts (if available), whittle down plugs, etc. But a lot of the 'broad strokes' were done. I bet the guy had to wear a hat every single day, before this. Now he can possibly go out in public with his head uncovered. EastCoast asked "What is the point of the flash ? Does it create more or less density." The flash casts a shadow, so that a bare scalp underneath just a little hair can sometimes look darker (and it appears to be covered with a lot more hair than it actually is). |

I agree with Arfy,
But I also must state that 1) he has a combover so it doesn't do a great deal in showing us the hairline repair...And 2) If you look at the left temple you can cleary see the plugs in that area... That being said the density is awesome but more work needs to be done... I think that using FUE would be a great tool for the touch ups in that area ~pArABLE~ |

I think the hairline looks damn good.
What makes it a little unbalanced, in my opinion, is that the line is a little too thick for the recessed temples. Building the temples may be in the patient's future. |
