Patient ERJ is a Norwood Class 6 with very fine, blonde hair and a donor density of 2.5 hairs/mm2 and very low hair volume on sides due to his very fine hair. He has had two sessions of Follicular Unit Hair Transplants. A wave appeared after his second hair transplant ??“ he hadn't had a wave in his hair for over twenty years. Yes we need to see some more pics. Dr. Bernstien while I know you do good work your picture presentation in this paticular thread is lacking. A top down is what most people want to see in any before and after pictures.
