Well done. The result looks natural. Unfortunately however, it seems that the patient might need a 2nd pass for more density.

Thanks Mike! One of this patient's number one goals was a natural looking finish and now that he has seen the amazing results from his first procedure he is seriously contemplating a second surgery with Dr. Mohebi within the following months (likely for another 3000-3500 grafts). This patient is striving to achieve the best, most natural looking results and doesn't mind waiting between procedures to see each final outcome, therefore splitting up the surgery the way he had was the best option in his case.

Did you touch his crown on the first session?

I imagine another 2000 for the frontal 1/3 and another 1500 for the crown will give him a full look

Yes Mike, Dr. Mohebi did transplant a total of 800 grafts to the crown area of this patient in his first surgery. The remainder of transplanted grafts were 400 to the hairline, 1500 to the front, and 624 to the top.

Like you stated, an additional 3000-3500 grafts to the front and crown areas would give him a much more noticeably full look and will compliment the first hair transplant surgery nicely.

Thanks Robin for posting this photos.

To answer to Mike's question. Most younger patients with class VI of baldness would eventually need a second procedure. That would not only gives more coverage to the areas that were not heavily transplanted, but it can reinforce the hairline and increase the density of hair in the frontal and corner areas. That would be particularly important for a patient like this who chose to comb his hair backward so layering can help crown areas to look better with minimum number of grafts.
