newGuy,
Your hair looks good in the pictures. In what way do you feel it looks fake? Honestly, adding density with subsequent sessions including to the areas behind the hairline will probably help it appear even more natural. All the Best, Bill

*) my present hairline has less density.... *) my hair looks OK from the front ... but when you look from an angle or from top.. most of my scalp is visible (see through) *) my top has very little natural hair which I guess is not consistent with my hairline I sometimes feel that I should get a megasession(5000+ grafts) and forget about it.. but I cannot do it for a couple more years.. and since I'm 27 my doc is advising against getting a huge one but recommending several small (2000+) ones couple of years apart or And sometimes I fell I should stay this way until Intercytex or Aderans comes up with hair cloning...(I guess it should be 5-10 years) sorry for the lengthy post... |

I think it looks excellent for a first pass, generally - it is almost impossible to have full density in one pass due to placement reference, one more pass and you will be good to go. I think you look natural.
Best of luck.
