How long till the pain dies down (strip-method)?
Really depends on size of procedure. The larger the session, the tighter is the scar, thus more pain will likely last longer. 7-10 days seems to be the average.

As for me, no pain the next day, but i had only 2000 grafts.

I had 1,000 fue grafts done by Dr Feller 10 days ago and I would say I'm about 85% healed, very little redness in the front and back. If it weren't for the shaving of the donor and recipient area, it would be 100% not noticeable. Hope this helps.
