Patient started to notice hair loss over 20 years ago in the frontal area eventually losing all his hair. Patient realized that he would need at least two surgeries for the results he desired. First surgery Dr. Friedman was able to extract 3,714 follicular units. 1,001 single hairs were placed in the hair line. 2,713 grafts were placed bilaterally in the frontal region and mid-scalp also the vertex was place bilaterally. Patient is very pleased and looking forward to his second surgery.
