This fellow came in a few weeks ago, on the same day that 2565 graft frontal in Indian male with 1 month scar view by Dr. Lindsey McLean VA came in for his 1 month scar check. At first glance, I thought this fellow was the postop as they have very similar features and his thin hair could easily be the 1month postop results. This fellow's wife agreed with me that the 2 guys looked very similar; and they were able to talk for 20 minutes or so about the case and postop experience. It was great, as I was actually planning to offer this fellow the same case as the other man, so essentially he got to see "himself" at 1 month.

Fortunately, this man had a very stretch scalp, and I told him during strip excision that I think we could have gone a bit wider than 1.75cm and still have gotten an easy tension free closure. We'll know for any future case to address further back.

We got 3114 grafts, and the breakdown was about 40% doubles, and a few triples. His sutures came out last Friday and he'll be back in a few weeks for a scar check.

All 3 of us are interested in the 2 men's appearance similarity or difference next summer.
