This mid 50s man has limited hairloss and desired thickening of his frontal hairline.
We placed 1750 grafts into precise 0.73mm and 0.85mm slits and his periop and postop 1 week pics are included. His scar looks great and the 2 layer closure should yield a nice scarline. His recipient site is a little crustier than I generally like...but like many men, he was worried about dislodging grafts. That is ok, when folks arrive at a week like this I know they haven't hurt things, and I just send them to the pool to swim a few laps and then take a vigorous shower tonight...he'll look terrific tomorrow.
