This patient had severe fronto-temporal recession making him look much older than his age. During the consultation, we had a discussion of the pros and cons of creating a permanent hairline at this location. We performed a follicular unit transplant consisting of 1521 grafts (2995 hairs). The patient is taking finasteride to help prevent further hair loss.

this procedure was well thought, the number of grafts is right on, the hairline is soft and very youthful but will look appropriate years from now...glad to hear patient is on medical therapy...good stuff*

I think it looks very good...But on the flip side he looks way to young and had plenty of hair...He didn't really need anything...Maybe just the propecia...

Just a thought from the peanut gallery....

Yes, i'm very surprised that it's only 1500!? I was quoted 3,000 even though my hairloss is very similar...
