Hi guys,
I usually don't post after every update to my blog but thought it would be a good idea this time to get some feedback from the community on my HT journey so far. I think I am pretty much on track. My HT was with Dr. Alexander. As always, thanks for all the education and support.

Raphael, what r ur thoughts on Omega 3. Is that helping you? Have you shared your thoughts on that before? And your signature says SMS - I think you mean MSM  ?
