Good result. I still can't figure out why so many HT patients grow their hair so long. In my opinion, get a HT, keep it as short as possible and move on. The goal is to make your hair not stand out rather than try and have "Flowing" hair.

Sorry for that tangent. Again nice result.

phxind, can't....thanks for the feedback.....can't, this patient is a hardcore musician so a more "flamboyant" hair style probably fits his lifestyle best...the nice thing about having hair transplants that are permanent and grow normally is you have that luxury of growing it longer or shorter, it's nice to have those options.

Nice result Dr. True!

I think ultimately everyone has to find the right hairstyle for them. I remember experimenting with all kinds of haircuts even before I started losing hair. Even though I didn't look great with long hair, I wore it that way for years anyway because I liked it. I got a lot of compliments on it from many girls while other girls wanted me to cut it short. I guess it all just depends on taste.

I think many hair transplant patients can pull off a longer head of hair. In fact, sometimes it's necessary to help aid the illusion of density.

I guess this guy could consider cutting his hair and see which hairstyle he thinks suits him the best too.

Just my thoughts.

Bill

Well it all comes down to personal preference. Look at some people who NEVER had HT done and they look ridiculous to me but then again, IT IS COMPLETELY MY OPINION but at the end those people look in the mirror and see themselves different then me.

Nice transformation. Propecia has done wonders for him too - especially in the crown. It sounds like he's got plenty left in the donor bank as well.
