Yes they can be removed, I'm having some smaller ones removed and put back into my donor area in 2 weeks. Mine were micro grafts so not as big as yours.
Most of the Recommended docs on here would be able to do this and as you only have 12, I wouldnt think the cost would be prohibitive. Dr Bisanga in Brussels also does this with great success, but he isnt one of the Docs on here.

I remember spex had a patient similar situ I think his name was bachstrad , have a look in the find section top of this site for webblogs he ended up with good repair job , I think most of the top docs can remove them and improve the appearence regards ej |
