If I begin to shed after I start minoxidil does that mean its working? I've been warned about the shedding process so I'm not worried, but I want to know if this means that the minoxidil is working. If people don't experience shedding, does that mean it is not working for them?

If I've had a hair transplant in the front of my head, will using minoxidil on my scalp cause any of the transplanted hairs to fall out??

thanks so much!!

It is typically a sign of the medication working however, just because someone taking it does not experience a shed, doesn't mean the medication won't work.

Transplanted hair typically won't shed due to minoxidil use. However, if it does, it will always grow back.
