Hello, I've been thinking about getting on proscar for the past 3 years or so, putting it off, denying hair loss, worrying about potential side effects, etc. I've decided I want to go ahead and try it. I actually did go in asking for a prescription about a year ago at my normal GP, but they wouldn't give me one and instead gave me a list of dermatologists to see about it. All of the dermatologists they gave me were booked for half a year at least and they specialized in cancers and things anyway so they wouldn't see me about proscar. I gave up for a year.

Anyone know of a good doc to see in Virginia? I live in the Richmond area. I would prefer proscar over propecia as money is somewhat tight these days.
