Dr. Pathomvanich,

This brilliant result shows a completely bald patient transform into a man with hair. Given his extensive hair loss, in my opinon, this is a very good result.

Well done.

Bill

Dr. Pathomvanich very nice result . I like the fact that the crown is covered . How many grafts roughly does the crown take ?

graft placement photo is not showing any crown work nor did the doctor say that he did any crown work. hair on the crown could be result of meds.

did you place any grafts in the crown dr. P?

excellent result nonetheless!!!

Just because you get to NW 7 doesn't always mean you stop losing hair. I actually put this guy somewhere between NW 6 and NW 7, but not full 7 yet. Look at the before picture of the back of his head. He still has a good size area that has thin hair growing. If he can thicken that up a bit and keep the area from widening and going further down the back of his head then hopefully he can keep the end result look. Otherwise he could end up with a bald area towards the back of his head.
