Looks really good! A top-down would be nice, but I don't think there was even a top-down in the before so not a huge deal....

If anything, from what I can tell on inspection, his baldness looks *less* egregious than it may actually be from the "befores".

EDIT -- Jo, what would you speculate his pre-op hair was worth in terms of grafts? It's obv barely of a cosmetic benefit in and of itself, but being a severe-diffuser myself, I'm always curious as to how much of a boost keeping *some* semblance of native hair has when combined with HTs....

Why is this patient of light skin with dark course hair demo's a comb back? Anyone this severe should schedule another H.T. ASAP,also why wasn't fu's placed in the temporal peaks to balance? Will he return for a follow up secession to enhance possibly allowing him more options for styling than he has locked into? Nice donor to have over 5000 grafts and what does the harvest scar really appear? He does look quite improved and my thanks for sharing his before pic's, is he on any meds to slow the progression?
